The hotel has a great location, near the town center and shops, with polite and helpful staff. The rooms are big, bigger than a studio room, tidy, clean, and cozy with 2 bathrooms. However, the service for lady guests is described as rude by some, so ladies should be cautious. The dining options vary and the hotel is very convenient to Gulmarg & Pahalgam.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms, nice amenities, and warm ambiance. The only downside was the lack of spectacular views. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially in arranging trips to Gulmarg and Pahalgam. The location was superb, being close to the market and within walking distance of the town center. The dining experience could have been better with a bit more variety, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
